After climbing perhaps one of the most toxic career ladders on Wall Street, I burned out - without even realizing it. It took moving across the country to the West Coast, months of sleepless nights filled with dark thoughts, and accidentally joining a yoga teacher training to finally recognize the physical and mental toll of a life spent chasing external validation.

And I’ve slowly come to realize that 

everything we seek already exists perfectly within us 

- that we are all one with the universe and 

we are deeply, profoundly loved by it.

I hope that as you (maybe) take a moment to watch these candles burn and slowly manifest an affirmation into reality, you’re reminded of the light, peace, and love that has always been within you.
